Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required within 14 days for all bookings. The balance of the tariff is payable upon arrival.

Cancellations require 30 days notice for a refund. All refunds are subject to an administration fee of $30. If the booking is cancelled with less than 30 days notice, a refund, less the administration fee may be given only at the discretion of the manager. 

All bookings are taken in good faith and no refund will be given for early departure unless and until the apartment can be relet for the entire stay of the original booking in which case the administration fee will apply.

All stays longer than 7 days are given a linen change.

Please note, No booking is to be considered accepted until you have received confirmation via email or phone from Surfers Pacific Towers Reservations Dept.
